Products
All products must be returned to the speaker, NOT CCWB by traceable means and RECEIVED by the speaker’s office within the 30 day period. It is buyer’s responsibility (not CCWB) to follow up and make sure that product is received by the speaker’s office with the 30 day return period. Buyer will pay all shipping charges. If any portion of the material has been altered or damaged or is missing, no refund will be authorized. Neither CCWB nor the speaker will be responsible for any lost packages.

Seminars
If you are unable to attend a seminar that you have registered for, you may cancel a within 7 days prior to the seminar to get a full refund or get a credit to future seminar. No refunds will be given once you have attended a class.
