Reggie was highly recommended to me by a giant in this business, Mike Cantu. After having met him and becoming his student, I now understand why. Apart from being a true and wildly successful professional in the real estate business (the business of doing deals, not selling books and tapes), I also have found him to be a man of high ethical standards and impeccable integrity.

After taking his advanced workshop end of July, Reggie and his team over-exceeded my expectations. During the weekend he shared without restraint his down to earth, practical trade secrets, techniques, forms, etc. In short, he gave us the complete package needed to be successful in the business, allowing us to hit the ground running came Monday. Someone once told me that the difference between a successful and a want-to-be investor only lays in those last 10 % of specialized knowledge. Reggie filled that missing link for me and the results are amazing and showing; I have since then put 2 houses under contract, and have already been paid on that first transaction. After being laid off from a good paying tech sector job several months ago, I made the decision to pursue real estate investing as a full-time venture. I started by attended a few seminars and listening to the hype being pushed by some nationally recognized gurus. I couldn't help but feel as though I were being addressed by slick con men who were "selling the sizzle" of their expensive multi-tiered success programs while conveniently failing to mention the perils that await novice investors.
 
When I began my search for a successful mentor, I had the good fortune to almost immediately encounter Reggie Lal while he was speaking at a local real estate investing club. I found Reggie to be a knowledgeable, compassionate and infinitely patient advisor who dealt kindly and intelligently with my nervousness and my to-be-expected propensity to make novice mistakes. His counsel has always been wise, shrewd, and from the heart, never painting a rosy picture where one didn't exist, but always being strongly supportive in my relentless quest for success. If it weren't for Reggie's guidance, I would have overpaid for my first investment property and perhaps suffered a very discouraging loss. Reggie helped turn that potential disaster into a nice win, acting as coach, mentor, money partner and friend. Reggie taught me that the elusive "no money down" real estate investment pipe-dream can in fact be reality: Not a penny of my own money was used in the entire transaction, nor was my credit report ever even pulled. Why? Because Reggie taught me to buy right. He also taught me that when you buy right, getting the money you need is never a problem.
